We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. The obligations of confidentiality under this agreement do not apply to information that: (a) was publicly known at the time of disclosure or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving Party; (b) is received from a third party without a breach of any obligation of confidentiality; (c) is independently developed by the receiving Party without use of or reference to the disclosing Party's Confidential Information; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law, provided that the disclosing Party is given reasonable notice of such requirement.

This confidentiality obligation is perpetual and does not expire with the termination of our engagement. It binds the Parties (individually, a 'Party' and collectively, the 'Parties') and their successors and assigns, intending that the confidentiality of the Confidential Information be maintained indefinitely.
